Before LoveSac, Shawn worked as a consultant for Professional Way, Ltd. in Shanghai, China, where he created and led executive courses in advanced leadership, teambuilding, MBTI personality profiling, and presentation skills. Shawn was responsible for negotiating deals for management training courses with clients such as McDonald’s, Whirlpool, Honeywell, Medtronic, Roche, and numerous other Fortune 500 companies. Professional Way was so impressed with his work that they invited him to serve as the Deputy General Manager. In 1998 Shawn left Professional Way and founded The LoveSac Corporation.
